Deliver Projects Faster…by Bringing the Power of CloudBees to Eclipse

CloudBees has just released the CloudBees Eclipse Toolkit v2.0, a major upgrade that provides support for running CloudBees ClickStarts through Eclipse. The CloudBees Eclipse Toolkit v2.0 runs a specific ClickStart, imports and sets up the source code, sets up the database perspective, connects to the database and displays the Jenkins job created by the ClickStart. It’s a powerful demonstration of what the cloud can do.

The new CloudBees Eclipse Toolkit v2.0 also includes these new features:

  • Sets up database perspective to show the databases on RUN@cloud
  • Provides a console type to run CloudBees SDK
  • CloudBees nature supports additional project types like Maven, Ant, dynamic web projects and plain WARs in the Build directory – can now deploy these projects to CloudBees directly from Eclipse
  • Ads support for Git over https
